Shipping policy


Production and Processing Times

Our current production and processing times are:

MADE-TO-ORDER: 4-6 WEEKS
IN STOCK, READY TO SHIP: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

Orders with multiple pieces will ship once the final piece is complete.

Because of the boutique nature of our studio, production time is subject to change. This is rare, and you will be promptly notified of any changes to the production timeline.

Domestic

Domestic orders ship via UPS Standard service with door-to-door tracking and full insurance. Signature is not required. Shipping Charges are:

 0 - 99 USD 9.95
100 - 249 USD 14.95
250 - 499 USD 21.95
500+ USD FREE

 

Please enter the shipping information carefully. Once an order has left our studio we are unable to intercept or re-route packages. Parcels returned to our studio will be subject to re-shipping fees.

Please ensure there is a safe delivery location available. Once a parcel has been delivered it is no longer covered by insurance and is considered the liability of the client. If this is a concern, send us an email and we can arrange a signature requirement for your delivery.

International 

International orders ship via various couriers depending on the region. If you require a specific delivery service, please reach out and we will gladly make arrangements.

Customs and Import taxes may be charged prior to delivery. These are the client's responsibility and are not charged by Matt Alford Studio at the time of purchase. 

When placing an international order, please enter the address carefully.  If your package is returned to sender for any reason you will be charged for the redelivery. 

Post-Delivery Instructions

Once you receive your package please open and inspect everything right away. If you notice anything wrong or missing please notify us immediately and we will work to make it right.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please alert us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage as well as the packaging. Shipping insurance has strict processing timelines. If we do not receive the damage notification within this timeline your damage claim will be denied.
