I started making these for a few showhouses who were looking to use our Chelsea hooks and knobs, and they wanted the rest of the suite to coordinate. The entire thing is shaped by hand, polished to a mirror shine, and then briefly tarnished to give it a casual elegance.

• Handmade from solid brass in our LA studio.

• This is our polished-unlacquered brass, which is first polished to a mirror shine and then briefly tarnished to jump-start the patina process. Brass will continue to darken and patina with age.

• Concealed mounting hardware. Affixes firmly to the wall with two steel screws (included, along with anchors for drywall, plaster, or panelling)

Provenance: Handmade in our Los Angeles studio

Materials: Heavy-gauge brass

Overall: 2 ½" h. x 3 ½" d. x 6 ½" w.

Backplate: 2 ½" diam.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid any harsh cleaning chemicals, as they may tarnish the finish. Natural brass will darken and patina over time.
