My team and I make this solid brass paper towel holder by hand in our Los Angeles studio. We fill the base with cast iron to give it a reassuring weight. We also polish the brass and leave it unlacquered, allowing the brass to grow richer with use. Even the everyday things deserve an extra bit of affection.


• Hand crafted in our LA studio from heavy-gauge brass.

• Brass is polished to a mirror shine and then briefly tarnished, so that the piece feels like an heirloom right from the start.

• The brass base is filled with cast iron for extra weight and stability.

Provenance: Handmade to order in our Los Angeles studio

Materials: Heavy-gauge brass

Base: 6 ¾" diam.
Overall: 6 ¾" w. x 6 ¾" d. x 12 ½" h.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid any harsh cleaning chemicals. Natural brass will darken and patina with age. If desired, patina may be removed with Brasso or Barkeeper's Friend
